NC series fully automatic bottle blowing machine is the most stable two step blow down equipment of our factory, from one cavity to six cavity, the maximum is 5L,suitable for blowing PET, PP crystal forming kind raw material any shape carbonated beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, cosmetics bottles, wide diameter bottles, high temperature resisting bottles and other plastic container.

5.Adopts heating by infrared tubes, can heat thoroughly and evenly, the draft cooling system can guarantee the perform heating and container mouth stable cooling. PLC control the temperately segmently, heating tunnel is designed reasonably, can turnover, can adjust by front and back,up and down. The perform heating center distance is small, with fast heating speed, can save 40% comparing the normal heating system. The perform enter the heating tunnel, the neck points to up. Because there’ve high efficiency heating tunnel draft cooling system, the bottle neck an axis will not be heated heavily, even the thick perform or high efficiency products can be cooled eventually, avoid crystallization. To ensure the yield during the blowing, the heater places an important role of measuring the quality of machine. This machine heater structure adopts the most advanced international infared heating technique. The temperature control adopts automatic reveal, closed loop adjustment mode.
